a) Blade running free: install a new saw blade, start it, and idle it for 5 minutes without contacting the stone to adjust the deformation and strain of the saw blade caused by welding, handling, loading and other processes.

b) Sharpening: adjust the equipment so that the saw blade contacts the stone, adjust the cutting speed to the normal cutting speed, and adjust the cutting depth to 1 / 10 of the normal cutting speed.

c) diamond exposure: observe the equipment condition (current, cutting noise and equipment vibration). If the current is not more than 80% of the normal cutting current and the cutting noise and equipment vibration are less than the normal cutting state, gradually increase the cutting depth, but each increase is not more than 1 / 10 of the normal cutting; If the current exceeds the normal cutting current or the cutting noise and equipment vibration are greater than the normal cutting state after increasing the cutting depth, adjust back to the previous cutting depth or reduce the increase of the cutting depth. With the progress of cutting, the cutting depth gradually reaches the maximum value, and the current also stabilizes at the normal cutting current.

d) Transition: after the cutting depth reaches the maximum, the working surface will gradually increase to the maximum with the consumption of the segment, and the cutting depth should be gradually reduced. In this process, if the current exceeds 110% of the normal cutting current or the cutting noise and equipment vibration are bigger than the normal cutting state, reduce the cutting depth by 1 / 20 and gradually complete the transition from cutting to normal cutting.
