With the progress of cutting, the cutting depth gradually reaches the maximum value, and the current also stabilizes at the normal cutting current.
d) Transition: after the cutting depth reaches the maximum, the working surface will gradually increase to the maximum with the consumption of the segment, and the cutting depth should be gradually reduced. In this process, if the current exceeds 110% of the normal cutting current or the cutting noise and equipment vibration are bigger than the normal cutting state, reduce the cutting depth by 1 / 20 and gradually complete the transition from cutting to normal cutting.
