The marble surface is clean, with clear patterns, bright, flat, consistent color, uniform joints, straight edges, and no cracks, corner drop, missing edges, etc. on the board.

 

 

(1) Guarantee items: The marble variety, specifications, and quality meet the design requirements, and the surface layer and the bottom layer are firmly connected and have no depressions;

 

(2) The marble surface is clean, with clear patterns, bright, flat, consistent color, uniform joints, straight edges, and no cracks, corner drop, missing edges, etc. on the board;

 

(3) The slope of the floor drain meets the design requirements, without overflow or water accumulation, and the connection with the floor drain is tight and firm, without leakage;

 

(4) Allowable deviation: surface flatness ≤1mm, joint grid straightness ≤2mm, joint height ≤0.5mm, and gap width not greater than 1mm.

 

 

(1) Marble should not be stored in rain, water or long-term sunlight. It should be placed upright with smooth surfaces facing each other, and the back of the board should be supported by wooden strips and the bottom by wooden blocks;

 

(2) During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent bumps when pouring cement mortar, and prevent soaking during use;

 

(3) During construction, marble should be wiped clean when laid with a soft, dry cloth;

 

(4) The room where marble is laid should be temporarily closed for 24 hours and no one is allowed to enter;

 

(5) When other construction work is stopped in the room where marble is laid, the board surface should be covered and protected in a ventilated place.
