Granite is a very popular building decoration material in the construction industry. In the process of turning granite into a decorative material, it needs to go through various processing procedures before it can finally become the building material we see.

So how to cut granite stone, make it flat, and finally become a decorative material that we can use normally?

1. Saw blade idling: Especially when the new base is used for the first time, it needs to be idling for about 10-20 minutes, and water needs to be added to idling in the high temperature season in summer. Keeps the memory of connotative quality under high-speed rotation.

2. The cut blocks should be no less than 0.5m? and should be placed firmly. The bottom surface should be padded with square wood and plugged firmly. The blocks should be located in a symmetrical position on the workbench to ensure the stability of the work trolley and the blocks. There should be no shaking or shaking.

3. Adjust the travel switch according to the length, width and height of the block, so that the lift of the saw blade and the travel of the feeder are within a reliable and effective range. Before sawing, the saw edge should be 20-40mm away from the bottom of the block. Before the saw blade moves left and right on the blade holder, the saw blade should be completely withdrawn from the block saw blade, and the distance should not be less than 150-200mm to prevent the saw blade from hitting the block.

4. Trial cutting can be carried out after the saw blade is idling and stable. When the cutting edge of the saw blade is in contact with the block material, it is not allowed to start the saw blade. During the cutting process, it is not allowed to stop the saw blade from rolling, and the saw blade must be withdrawn to stop.

5. If the block is found to be shaking during cutting, the cutting should be stopped immediately. After the block is firmly fixed, work can continue. During the cutting process, no random movement of the block is allowed.

6. If the saw blade is found to be significantly reduced or even stuck during the cutting process, it may be due to the belt slippage, the loosening of the compression nut, the excessive depth of the cutter, and the excessively fast cutter speed, which should be dealt with in time. Adjust in time.

7. The line speed should be adapted to the hardness and wear resistance of the processed stone. Due to the wide variety of granite, the corresponding hardness will also vary. If a certain order of stone is soft, you should notify your saw blade supplier that you cut it. According to the type of stone, let them provide corresponding wear-resistant saw blades. Conversely, in the case of hard granite, a sharp cutting blade is required. If you cut all kinds of stone, you need a corresponding universal saw blade.
