When using a saw blade, we need to adjust the distance between the components, including the distance between the saw blade edge and the block material. Let's take a closer look at how to adjust it.

The travel switch needs to be adjusted according to the length, width and height of the block to ensure that the saw blade lifting and material truck travel are within a reliable and effective range.

Before sawing, the distance between the saw blade edge and the block material should be 10-20mm at most.

After sawing, there should be a distance of 20-40mm between the saw edge and the bottom of the block.

Before the saw blade bracket moves left and right, the saw blade should completely exit the saw edge of the block material, and the distance should not be less than 150-200mm to prevent the saw blade from hitting the block material.
