When replacing, the old grease on the screw, guide rail, and bearings must be cleaned first.
2. Inspection and adjustment of mechanical accuracy
In order to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool and reduce the shape and position errors between the moving parts, the backlash of the ball screw and the axial movement of the screw should be adjusted regularly.
3. Always check whether the circular saw guide rails, machine tool protective covers, etc. are complete and effective.
If the protective cover is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time, and the sand, water and dirt on the guide rails and screw rods should be cleaned in time, and then grease should be applied.
