2、How to produce the big diameter saw blade
To make the diamond segment first and then braze them on the edge teeth of steel core.
The segment can be made in diamond arrayed or non-arrayed structure, normally have no base layer.
3、The application of big diamond saw blade
The Big diamond saw blade can be used for block exploration in quarry, as well as for block cutting in stone factory. The block exploration blade diameter if over 2000mm.
The big diamond saw blade is using in Gantry block machine, or the Grantry hydraulic cutting machine, or the vertical with horizontal blade cutting machine. They are using in single blade or multi blade (same diameter or step diameter). When multi blade cutting, it has high requirement on the blade quality, steel core tension, machine motor power as well as the cooling system etc.
