Element Analysis of Circular Saw Blade Cracking

The teeth of a circular saw blade can wear out too quickly, which is a common occurrence in many companies that use metal circular saw machines. This is a common problem, but also a headache for enterprises. After all, the consumption of saw blades is not a small expense for the enterprise; so is there any way to minimize this loss?

Mainly analyze the reasons for the damage of circular saw blades:

1. When installing the saw blade, it must be installed correctly. Check it several times. Improper installation will not only crack the circular saw blade, but also affect the service life of the circular saw machine;

2. Ammeter setting is incorrect

Improper ammeter setting can cause blade damage and machine damage

a. The cleaning work of the circular saw machine is not in place

Especially the iron filings inside, no matter how small the iron filings are not cleaned up in time, it will increase the breakage rate of the saw blade and consume too quickly;

b. Saw blades must be handled with care

In order to avoid unevenness caused by accidentally falling on the ground, the surface of the circular saw blade will be rough to increase friction.

c. cutting speed too fast

The cutting speed is related to the cutting material. The cutting speed of different materials should be adjusted in time according to the requirements. Many enterprises blindly adjust the cutting speed in order to cut fast, resulting in damage to the saw blade of the metal circular saw machine. This is also the root cause of the damage of the saw blade;

d. The cut material is dirty

This happens relatively rarely. Some companies cut dirty materials, but they don't pay attention. Often the material is sent directly to the machine for cutting, and the material to be cut is never washed first. This is a wrong understanding, because there is a lot of dust, iron filings, and even dirt on the metal saw blade on the material, which will cause a lot of conflict when cutting the metal saw blade. Of course, large circular saw blades will wear out too quickly;

e. The circular saw machine works too long at one time

Usually, in order to speed up production, enterprises may work more than 12 hours a day, or even work 24 hours a day. In this case, the load on the circular saw blade will increase when cutting, the circular saw blade will not be buffered, and excessive wear and tear will inevitably occur.
