The installation of bridge cutting machines is a critical task with significant implications for production. The following outlines the precision requirements and precautions for installation.

 

 

① Users must prepare the foundation in advance according to the installation foundation diagram;

 

② Installation of columns, guide rails, worktables, and electrical control boxes must be completed under the guidance of qualified personnel;

 

③ The electrical control cabinet must be installed in an easily accessible location free from water exposure and equipped with proper grounding.

 

 

① The guide surfaces of both slide plates must be leveled to 0.04:1000 as verified by a spirit level;

 

② Spindle axial play ≤0.02, radial runout ≤0.02 (measured with a dial indicator);

 

③ The guideways of both carriages shall be inspected using a full-length straightedge and spirit level to ensure a flatness of 0.04/1000. For the 880 mm gauge direction, the flatness shall be 0.10/1000.
