1. Ensure that the instrument is used at a suitable temperature and in a clean environment, while avoiding direct sunlight and keeping it dry and ventilated.

 

2. When the scanner is not in use, please cover it with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering.  At the same time, prevent foreign objects from falling in and causing unnecessary machine failure.

 

3. Do not place the instrument on an uneven or vibrating place.

 

4. Regularly check whether the cable connections are correct and whether the grounding is reliable.

 

5. When changing the water in the water tank, do not pull out the water pump power connector with wet hands.  Do not let the water pump cable or connector get wet to avoid injury from electric shock.

 

6. When using tap water to supply water directly, please tighten the faucet after treatment.

 

7. When using two water tanks, you should always check whether the water in the clean water tank is enough and whether the water in the dirty water tank is about to overflow.

 

8. When using circulating water, it is best to change it several times a day.  Because dirty water will scratch the lenses and block water pipes, solenoid valves and faucets.  Accumulation in the tank can also damage the pump blades.

 

9. Always check whether the water pump is working properly and whether there is any abnormal noise.

 

10. Check whether the suction cup sealing rubber is damaged.  If so, please replace it with a new one.  Because the powder accumulated in the gap will scratch the lens, it will also cause the center and axis of the lens to shift.

 

11. Please use neutral detergent to clean the casing, especially the scanner casing, which must be wiped with a soft cloth.  To ensure the accuracy of the instrument, do not touch the scan probe while cleaning.

 

12. When cleaning the machine, be careful not to let the cleaning fluid enter the inside of the machine and the control panel to avoid component corrosion, electronic component damage or short circuit.

 

13. When cleaning dust, be careful to prick your fingers.

 

14. When dressing the grinding wheel, be careful not to touch the grinding wheel with your fingers.

 

15. When dressing the grinding wheel, the resin rough grinding wheel, fine grinding wheel, and polishing wheel must be dressed with different types of stone dressing rods.  If used improperly, it can cause irreparable damage to the grinding wheel.

 

16. In some machines, the grinding wheel used to grind the resin sheet cannot be dressed.

 

17. The dressing and polishing of the grinding wheel should be light, otherwise the grinding wheel will be damaged.

 

18. If the grinding wheel continuously trims the same position, grooves will appear and cannot be repaired.
