Select saw blades specifically designed for different processing objects, such as those for stone, concrete, tiles, or marble.

 

 

Choose diamond saw blades according to the sawing equipment. Equipment with higher power can select wear-resistant saw blades to ensure their service life, while equipment with lower power should select sharp products to ensure cutting efficiency.

 

For cutting machines with wobble or poor precision, wear-resistant saw blades should be used. For newer, more precise cutting machines, sharp saw blades can be used.

 

 

This refers to selecting the size and type of saw blade based on the specifications and quality requirements of the cutting material. For example, the diameter of a diamond saw blade should generally be more than three times the size of the workpiece being cut.

 

At the same time, select the saw blade structure based on the processing precision requirements.  For example, when a smooth cutting surface is required or when processing thin, fragile materials, a narrow-groove or continuous-tooth saw blade should be used. Conversely, for less demanding surface requirements or thicker materials, a wide-groove saw blade can be used.
 

 

Open the edges on both sides. The edges should be opened one by one. Install the saw blade on the edge-opening machine so that the saw blade rotates together with the grinding wheel. Adjust the position of the grinding wheel and the saw blade so that they gradually approach and indirectly contact until all the diamonds on one side of the saw tooth are exposed. Reverse the installation of the saw blade, then use the same method to open the edge on the other side and expose all the diamonds. After the side edges are opened, place the saw blade according to the edge-opening direction and mount it on the shaft of the edge-opening machine to open the vertical edge. At this time, special attention should be paid to keeping the direction of the side edges consistent with the direction of the vertical edge, otherwise the performance of the saw blade will be affected.
