The machine adopts PLC programmable controller and man-machine operation interface control. The left and right feeding is controlled by a special frequency converter for stone, and the slicing is controlled by a servo to realize the rapid withdrawal and slicing.

 
It adopts servo motor + ball screw for up and down lifting in structure, combined with chrome-plated guide post and wear-resistant guide sleeve, with small matching gap, wear-resistant and beautiful. And the multi-layer seal is designed in the guide sleeve, which is waterproof, dustproof and oil leakage, to achieve rapid rise and fall, fast profiling and improve service life.


 
The front and rear slicing adopts high-precision rack and pinion transmission, and the key parts are all imported high-quality parts. It has fast feeding return speed, good cutting stability and high profiling accuracy.
