1. Stone technology sawing, cutting, grinding, polishing and other tools mainly use the special high hardness, high strength and wear resistance of the diamond segment, and the matrix is the support of the diamond saw blade. Due to the high cost of diamond, it generally accounts for the cost of the plate It is about one-eighth of it, so it is very important to choose and use it reasonably.

2. In sawing stone, it is the diamond particles that really play the role of cutting, and the binder can only play the role of holding the diamond particles for cutting. For this reason, the diamond particles must be exposed to a certain height, generally about 1/5-3/5 of the diameter of the diamond particles, different properties of stone, the minimum exposed height is also different.

3. The gap formed by saw blade sawing is the envelope of the groove formed by the joint cutting of a large number of diamond particles.

4. The durability of the saw blade is the service life, which is generally measured from the total area (m2) of the stone sawed from the use of the saw blade to the diamond layer of the saw blade segment is completely worn out.

5. The quality of the sawing surface is mainly expressed by whether the surface of the sawed stone is flat and smooth and whether the edges and corners are collapsed. It is an important indicator to measure the sawing effect of the saw blade. The sawing surface is uneven, rough, chipped, If the chipping angle is serious, it means that the sawing effect is poor and the quality of the saw blade is low.

6. Cutting efficiency refers to the area of the saw blade cutting stone per unit time, which is the main indicator to measure the performance of the saw blade.

7. There are four main factors that affect the size of sawing force and the quality of sawing effect:

(1) Diamond concentration: it determines the cutting life of the diamond segment. Too high or too low will adversely affect the cutting efficiency. The choice of concentration should consider the median value that can meet the use requirements and is the most economical.

(2) Bonding agent: It should be determined according to the type of stone, concentration, sawing machine performance, cooling conditions, and sometimes even according to the level of the operator. If the wear resistance of the agent is too high or too low, that is, the carcass is too hard or too soft, it will adversely affect the sawing efficiency.

(3) Diamond particle size: its size depends on the hardness of the stone being cut and various other factors. The harder the stone, the smaller the particle size used, and the stronger the cutting force generated during cutting;

(4) Line speed: the softer the stone, the higher the line speed; the harder the stone, the lower the value.
