During operation, improper handling of the block trimming machine may cause malfunctions. So how should we maintain the block trimming machine to extend its service life?

 

1. Before starting the block trimming machine, ensure that sufficient lubricating oil is applied to all necessary parts. This includes the gearbox, spindle bearings, spindle gears, guide rails, and lead screws, which all require lubrication with mechanical oil to prevent damage due to oil shortage.

 

2. After each use of the block trimming machine, it's essential to inspect the cleanliness of the guide rails, gears, and racks. This prevents mechanical damage. Additionally, ensure that enough mechanical oil is applied to provide proper lubrication.

 

3. Regularly check the condition of rotating components such as the motor, gearbox, spindle, guide rails, gears, lead screws, and nuts. If any abnormalities are detected with the block trimming machine, immediately cut off the power supply for maintenance and troubleshooting.
