1. Turn on the power;

 

2. Check whether the indicator lights are normal;

 

3. Check whether the emergency stop button is reliable and effective;

 

4. Check whether the limit travel switches are reliable and effective;

 

5. Check whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct;

 

6. Check whether the operation buttons and knobs are correct, reliable and effective;

 

7. Check whether the hydraulic pump station is working normally;

 

8. Check whether the reversing valves are reliable and effective;

 

9. Check whether the guide column lifting cylinder, steering cylinder, and trolley flip cylinder are working normally, and whether the flap rotation angle is normal and effective;

 

10. Check all electrical oil circuits and mechanical transmission devices. After the manual test run of the single machine is completed in sequence, it must be linked to run at no load for 2-4 hours to check whether the whole machine runs freely and whether there is any jamming.

 

After the laser bridge stone cutting machine is confirmed to be reliable through no-load test run, check whether the PLC program parameters are correct, input the set parameters into the PLC through text, and check whether the display screen can display correctly and effectively.
