It can withstand stones with a Max 6 cm thickness & Max 120cm width of slab plate
If you want to polish up to 300cm width, also available upon additional cost.
(Other Small factory production problem: It can’t put the slab width as big as 300cm, channel steel welding, light and easy worktable which easily to crush stones)
2. Strong pressure wheel.
I.Diameter 80mm width 100mm with wear-resistant rubber, rolling bearings.
It can Much stronger and more firmly press the slab plate
II.The Pressure wheel is controlled by Pneumatic lifting. Automatically detect and feel tiles/slabs comes and leaves , which allow wide and narrow stones, different thickness stones can be processed at the same time with high precision.
III.Comparation with Other types pressuer wheels which not suggested would caused running which resulting in imprecise edge machining with below wheels.
3.Compensation automatically.
Self automatically Compensation function means: the working layer of wheel is consuming, so when the tools wear some thickness of working layer, machine would automatically fitting this thickness difference to make sure accuracy polishing.
Others: Use time setting positioning
After setting the time, no matter whether the abrasive is worn or not, it will be replenished when the time is up, causing damage to the stone and abrasive
4.Each polishing head can be individually controlled to start or stop.
Start the necessary heads as you need to save cost.
