The operation of a stone cutting machine is a critical task that has a profound impact on production. Therefore, what specific points must stone machinery operators pay attention to?

Requirements for Equipment Operators:

1.  Before starting the equipment, carefully inspect the oil supply system. If any faults are detected, immediately report them to the relevant management personnel so that maintenance staff can carry out repairs. The equipment must not be started until the repair work has been completed.

2.  In accordance with the equipment's lubrication diagram—and adhering to the "Five Fixed Principles" of lubrication (assigning specific personnel, time, quality, quantity, and location)—lubricate all designated lubrication points.

3.  Periodically clean the equipment's oil felts, oil lines, oil ports, oil level indicators, oil filters, and similar components.

4.  Properly maintain the equipment's lubrication devices, such as oil cups, oil nozzles, etc.
