During the heating and sintering process of the saw blade, the temperature gradient between the tooth top and the tooth root, the powder activity state and the difference in the distribution of low-melting-point materials cause changes in the sintered structure and mechanical properties; the accumulation of heat during the cutting process weakens the mechanical properties of the granite saw blade weld, and the vibration and impact force transmitted by the diamond weaken the strength of the matrix tissue, resulting in a decrease in the grip of the matrix on the diamond.
